Red Apple Business Services fills the role of your school's business manager. We will handle all of the critical day-to-day requirements of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, while providing the expertise you need in budgeting, financial analysis and compliance. Our services include payroll, restricted fund management and more.
We assign a Business Manager to each school who is supported by a team of clerks, accountants and charter school professionals at our home office.
We will be in contact with your school at least weekly, conduct business meetings with your School Director, conduct a monthly meeting with your finance committee and present the financials at your school’s monthly board meeting.
We introduce efficient systems to streamline your school business, including a PO system, a time clock management system, an employee portal and automated management reports.
Our Service Agreement with the school will have a 60 day cancellation option by either party. No long-term contracts.
